What’s the assumption here? If there’s anything that the US tech broligarchs want and anything that the US elite has pushed for decades now it’s unhindered access to markets for their digital service companies. Trump would trash decades of work invested in achieving the dominant position they have now.

So if a “Trump pulling the plug” were ever going to happen… honestly it’d be great news as this would be the final wakeup call these companies need. Nothing to be scared about.

Was ich aus der “Brennpunktschule” einer Freundin höre, ist etwas anderes: Viele der Eltern von Kindern die später ohne Abschluss abgehen haben eine Menge Geld. Die fliegen jedes Jahr mehrfach in Urlaub und die Kinder werden mit Bildschirmgeräten etc. zugeschissen. Allein… die Eltern interessieren sich halt nicht für ihre Kinder. Die werden bereitwillig schon früh im Leben am Bildschirm abgestellt. Also viele Eltern erscheinen mir ehrlich gesagt massiv unqualifiziert, auch wenn es um Umgang mit digitalen Medien etc. geht.

Also selbst wenn man es sich leisten kann ein Kind Vollzeit zu betreuen: Wer hat darauf denn Bock? Ist doch viel weniger Stress, das Kind zocken/auf tiktok hängen, etc. zu lassen.

Und weil das eh gerade passiert, wäre das Ende des Verbrennerverbots auch nicht schlimm. Was dumm ist, ist dass Verbrenner weiterhin subventioniert werden, über Dieselsubventionen, über Dienstwagenanreize, etc. Denn das hält Verbrenner länger wirtschaftlich und verlangsamt einfach die Wende.

Yes, but it’s based on the book license (?), not the movies. The devs were always very careful with the lore, avoiding direct interactions with the events described in the books. Wonderful game, I played it for many years in the past.

Natürlich wäre es sinnvoll gewesen in der Zeit von quantitative easing mehr Schulden aufzunehmen. Wir reden jetzt ja nicht unbedingt von 100 Jahren, aber für so manche Bundesanleihe gab es damals sogar negativ-Zinsen. Wer da nicht Schulden macht, um zu investieren, ist offensichtlich Ideologe und nicht volkswirtschaftlich begabt.

Die These, dass Deutschland quasi aus Samaritertum auf Kredite verzichtet hat, damit andere Euro-Länder welche aufnehmen können, ist wirklich extrem seltsam und mit Sicherheit verkehrt.

Glaube das Problem war hier einfach ein fehlender passender GPU Treiber. Nachdem ich die updates installiert hatte und nomodeset Parameter wieder rausgenommen ist er auch im nur UEFI modus mit korrektem Treiber gestartet

Nein alle Brücken zu winzigweich Fenster sind bereits abgebrochen. Konnte das Problem.aber doch noch lösen: Es lag wohl irgendwie am Grafikkarten-Treiber und nachdem ich der GRUB Datei die Option nomodeset hinzugefügt hatte, ist es im UEFI modus gestartet.

Tatsächlich bei mir auch heute wechseltag für den bisher auf Windows verbliebenen Desktop. Gestaltet sich aber schwierig. Wegen neuer GPU wollte ich damit einhergehend auch die SSD von MBR auf GPT umschalten und nicht mehr im CSM (legacy compatibility) booten. Ich habe mint von einem (MBR) USB stick installiert, aber die SSD mit dem fertigen Mint wollte dann mit abgeschaltetem CSM nicht booten -.-

Im CSM mode funktioniert es und es sah so aus als hätte die USB Installation gar keine EFI Partition angelegt…

Yes sure, I can also buy Russian uranium by middlemen located in other countries. There’s a lot of investigative pieces out there that dig deeper than your “basic facts”. The origin of most of the uranium is Russia. It’s a trap. And the US is currently planning ~200 new reactors. No country will be able to supply the amounts of fuel required except Russia. It’s no wonder that the Trump administration is desperately searching for normalization in the relationship with Russia to strike deals. And I’m not even starting to talk about the downsides of nuclear reactors (inflexibility) in a modern power system that needs to incorporate renewables.

Being against war is a sufficiently peaceful stance IMO. Or do you think he regrets this war, but a different war would be fine?
