  • Tactical Barbell Zulu/HT W1D2

    • Deadlift 4 x 5 @ 265lbs
    • Bench press 3 x 10 @ 165lbs
    • Dip 3 x 12 @ 210lbs bw
    • Dumbbell curl 3 x 12 @ 35lbs
    • Back extension 3 x 12 @ 25lbs

    Initially I had planned to do more pull ups but I was still feeling a bit toasted from yesterday, so I swapped in some curls. I think I’ll leave them in for the duration of the program, as I’ve never done curls in 2.5 years of lifting!

    • Behind the neck press 4 x 5 @ 95lbs
    • Zercher squat 3 x 10 @ 190lbs
    • Pull up 3 x 12 @ 210lbs bw
    • Dumbell row 3 x 12 @ 45lbs
    • Hanging leg raises 3 x 12

    This is the first week of a new routine for me. I decided the spring cut is cancelled and the spring bulk is on. The 10 rep squats were a bit of a struggle for me and I was pretty gassed out for the remainder of the workout, I think due to poor sleep last night? Will see how it goes for the rest of the week.
