@Calvinball @petrescatraian lurkers surely never 🤔 having said that I’ve been watching this this discussion thread grow and have to say I agree with the OP although like you, on Friendica also although still finding my feet a little.
I wonder if there is some sense of forums that could be obtained through use of groups, although subtly different I guess 🤔
Only really used Mastodon and Pixelfed in the past. I guess these have their place and I wouldn’t knock them esp if folks have not used in a while as it’s possible the product may have seen improvements (not sure).
Interesting times for certain, even if the rumblings over Meta are unnerving at times.

I am a lover of nature, like to take photographs (often landscape or macro). I have worked as photolithographer in the past, but these days find myself involved in the realms of business applications system administration.

Seemingly it’s edible but I don’t know of many people that do eat the skin. I’ve heard when the skins go brown you can bake in the oven, presumably leave to dry out and then make banana tea. 🤔
