  • Oh, guter Tipp mit der Leseansicht. Hat bei mir funktioniert.

    Sehr interessanter Artikel. Die Nachrichten mit Mikroplastik in Blut/Darm/Plazenta/Gehirn/usw krieg man ja doch irgendwie immer mit und der Artikel ordnet das doch sehr schön ein und zeigt wie neu und damit ungenau die Bestimmungsverfahren sind. (Aber ohne Verharmlosung der eigentlichen Thematik!)

    Auch der Punkt, dass möglichst viel und möglichst schnell publiziert werden muss und Journalismus gerne die spektakulären Studien ohne Einordnung verbreitet, ist noch mal sehr wichtig. Gerade in einer Zeit, in der Wissenschaft eh schon von den üblichen Verdächtigen angegriffen wir, würde ich mir da auch mehr Qualität von der Presse wünschen.















  • Oh I love the idea of sending pressed flowers or little things. It’s like little tokens. I would totally love to receive something like that from a friend or family member.

    If you are consider doing it already, totally go for it!

    And regarding the content of the letter. As I already said in a different comment: i basically wrote about how I don’t know what to write. I was also feeling silly and just leaned into it. It was just a short message…barely filling a A5 page.
    And if you decide to as a little something like the presses flower, you can write about that, too.



  • That’s so cool and I love how you got so many repsonses back!

    In a way a letter feels less daunting. Especially if some times passed since you last had contact with a person. At least to me , a text message feels more urgent and I feel like I have to reply as fast as possible. But with a letter…you can take your time!

    It makes me happy to see your experiment went so well :)


  • I think this looks good. Give it a try and see how it feels. I can imagine by dropping one of the t1 to a t2 the fatigue should be better to handle.

    And as you day, you hit the muscles two times a week. And when you still feel like you have something left in the tank after a workout, you can add another T3 according to the T1. But with 3 T2 lifts, even without additional t3, I think you have a good volume already.
