I’m willing to bet that seeing as this is the conservative community, either this person is a flaming white supremacist and nazi, things which aren’t allowed on lemmy, or have some answer which is somewhat left leaning, which would get them banned from from c/conservatives due to it’s mod’s attempts to create an echo chamber.

Probably because where they’re from isn’t relevant, but if it leans in some direction you can be sure that some news channels run with it
