Cruz’s press release said that “unlike in a classroom or study hall, off-premises hotspot use is not typically supervised, inviting exposure to inappropriate content, including social media.”

That actually makes some sense. What was the point of this hotspot plans? Are there tons of public school families that don’t have the internet? And is this something that parents can deny if they don’t want it?
