    M/41/6’1” 285lbs > 183lbs over 18 months.

    I’ve been cutting until systemic fatigue crept in, at which point I switched back to maintenance calories for a month before retuning to the cut.

    I’m in the final stages of my summer cut.

    Cutting calories: 2090 calories, 185g protein, 40g fat, rest into carbs

    Maintenance: 2700 calories, 185g protein, 60g fat rest into carbs
