    M/41/6’1” 285lbs > 183lbs over 18 months.

    I’ve been cutting until systemic fatigue crept in, at which point I switched back to maintenance calories for a month before retuning to the cut.

    I’m in the final stages of my summer cut.

    Cutting calories: 2090 calories, 185g protein, 40g fat, rest into carbs

    Maintenance: 2700 calories, 185g protein, 60g fat rest into carbs

    Well done! I went from about 250 to 185 but didn’t do much in the way of muscle building. I feel it made me look older since it removed so much fat from my face. I found my biggest problem to be some extra skin left over around my spare tire and moobs that is unsightly. It doesn’t look like you have that problem even though your weight differential was larger. Any pointers?

      We can’t see op relaxed with his arms down in his current wonderful form at the photos - to be able to compare to him, you need to strike the same pose.
