Im twice your age and I also would likw nsfw disabled. How do you do it? I’ve gone by by staying in subscribed feed as much as possible and blocking all nsfw communities I see when I auromatically end up in all.
From the web client, go to the triple line menu in the top right, then click your username, then settings, then scroll about 2/3 down and uncheck “show NSFW content”
For mobile clients the setting location varies, but its usually somewhere near blocking and filtering settings.

OK, first click on the user thing on top of the webpage, go to settings, and make sure u hav “show nsfw content” disabled. hope this helps! ;D
