stopped at a gas station near the Kyger Creek Plant this afternoon (visible through the trees on the right) and saw the opportunity for this lovely photo that captures the feel of southern Ohio

(if you really want to get into the vibe, it was high 80s and humid as fuck, because it was about to storm and we were next to the river - the dumpster was fragrant, and the high voltage lines were audibly crackling)

completely coincidentally, there was a billboard a few miles down the road advertising a nearby clinic specializing in lung cancer treatment

I maintain that Ohio could and should be divided among its neighbors without losing anything. Toledo goes to Michigan, PA WV and KY take the Appalachian/Ohio river portion, Indiana takes all the dumb flat ass nothing that makes up the rest of the state. Flavortown and Cleveland become an autonomous cool zone of relatively chill folks by Ohio standards.

I support this plan, mainly because it would deeply upset a lot of the old fucks, especially giving Toledo to Michigan. Their ancestors fought a war for that swamp, and they reenact it spiritually every year through ritualized violence (football games).

What will we change the football chant to?

      O-H? N-O!

      seems like an obvious answer
