Because the world is not always as welcoming and nice as it is there and because of general feelings about myself. I am not the person I want to be, I don’t really ever feel accepted or included, I can’t accept myself either and I am super socially awkward and introverted which makes almost all interactions I have painful
It really was beautiful, but I never have much fun at a pride parade. Too many mixed emotions wash over me sadly
