No, working your engineers with unpaid overtime so much that it’s routinely expected they’ll quit in 6 months and land a better job is not efficient. Being forced to buy an overpriced, unprofitable website for $44 billion when your pump and dump scheme failed is not efficient. Losing all your market share on electric vehicles because you farmed out tax credits to your competitors without scaling up production in your 10 year head start is not efficient.
