    Because they’ve done the responsible thing and regulated it? I don’t think they’ve fallen behind, they’re coming out ahead.

      More like paranoia about technology and the robber barons behind it. This is why EU will never lead in tech because they always strangle it. Singapore’s approach to AI is very different.
