    Business guy thinks things would be better with “more enforcement”. Cops are not traffic and safety infrastructure. We know that enforcement only works while it is ongoing and people revert to their previous behaviour whenever there are not police around. We effectively need to put a cop on every problem corner full time for this to be a meaningful intervention. Clearly there are better options at our disposal.
