I have no less than 5 different types of hot sauce on hand at all times.

Valentina (It’s like Tapatio but better)

        Melinda’s XXXtra Hot Habanero

        Pepper Plant garlic sauce

        Pico Pica

        OG Tabasco

And also the green Jalapeno Tabasco

Oh and sometimes I buy a big container of this really good hot sauce the taco truck by my house makes and I have no idea what is in it but it’s fucking amazing.

Anyway that is my list of GOAT hot sauce

Tabasco I almost exclusively use for breakfast like on potatoes and on sandwiches because I grew up on italian deli style sandwiches with balsamic vinegar and it’s similar but with a kick.

Pepper Plant might be hard to get outside of California as it is only made in Gilroy, the garlic capitol of the world. It isn’t that hot but the extra garlic version is just fuckin great. They also have an extra hot one but it’s still not that hot.

I used to hate salt and vinegar chips when I was younger but then I discovered pickle flavored chips which are almost the same thing but with half the amount of salt and vinegar. now I like salt and vinegar chips and they are good on sammiches. I really like this sub sandwich dressing sold here which is basically salt, vinegar, and olive oil
