    I don’t think anyone who claims to have GI issues after eating Taco Bell claims that it’s because it’s spicy. Well…aside from OP maybe? I think it’s just because it’s low quality food that consists almost entirely of meet and cheese. That being said, I don’t think I’ve generally had that issue either.

      I thought the ground beef was found to be like 30-40% beef and mainly whey? I vaguely have a memory of them being sued for something (maybe 10-15 years back), that coming out, then the “meat” being rebranded across the board as a material they now reference as “seasoned beef”?

        Yup, this is the reason. Americans are used to fatty, processed foods; a double quesorito supreme shouldn’t be a problem. Fiber, on the other hand…
