That confirms that Fauci engineered mass murder and used human life for experimentation. If Fauci was straight, he would not care about an investigation because an investigation would only exonerate him and prove Fauci’s innocence, but a pre-emptive pardon proves his guilt. Maybe Fauci is guily of a genocidal level of inflicting death.

Mass murder? I am not sure, but it’s public knowledge he signed off on GoF research and oversaw its development in the Wuhan lab which was either illegal or against federal regulations at the time.
Obama shut down gain of function research, Fauci ignored it and went around the order.
