      Only if they accept their pardons. I recall some inmates rejected their recent pardons on account of their desire to prove their innocence.

        I think those were people had part of their sentence commuted. They went from death penalty to life in prison. I’m against the death penalty but they felt being sentenced to death helped their appeal
