Trump signs the first executive orders of his new administration

The orders signed at the White House included a directive to end birthright citizenship, a move sure to spark a constitutional fight over the 14th Amendment.

“The first order he signed before a crowd at the Capital One Arena revoked approximately 80 executive actions that had been signed by former President Joe Biden. He also signed a freeze on new regulations, as well as a hiring freeze on federal workers. And Trump also withdrew — again — from the Paris climate treaty.”

It’s worth noting, that Biden only issued 160 orders, by revoking 80 of them, Trump has reduced that by 1/2.
