      I was just banned from Lemm.ee today too. No reason given. LMAO

      I actually like lemm.ee, so I don’t know what’s going on over there. But it’s also why I diversified myself across different instances. That way I’m never affected when someone bans me.

      But the lemm.ee ban hammer is sorta surprising. I know they were calling for some new mods, so maybe that happened. I know the mod Ella, was always pretty cool and def respected diversity of thought.

      I wrote to the mods to find out why my ban, but haven’t heard back yet. Meh, I’ll just add it to list of Lemmy groups that ban me. lol

          That’s pretty wild. Alice tells me the mod team has changed recently, it sounds like the new mods are a different cut.

        I came from lemm.ee too but I never thought they were bad. That sucks to hear!

        I’ve seen you all over when I browse Lemmy. Glad to have you over here! It gets lonely in the HC communities and would be nice to see more engagement here.

    I’m having a hard time following who’s doing what and where.

    You can DM me if you want. What’s your community about? I looked at the link but I’m a little confused lol There’s another post attached to that one, and everyone’s yelling at eachother.

    In short, our only rule is: Do Not Violate HCs TOS. Id say, just have a look at it and see if it aligns with you.

      I run [email protected] but someone didn’t like the discussion that was going on and thus made a post to get the admins of db0 to silence the comments as I let it exist cos I believe in not censoring people.

      The link above is the post complaining about the comments and my motivation to find a new instance for my community that is welcoming to open and free discussion. I posted it cos I want to check to see if ur instance is tolerant of discussion like that?

      The community I run has posts of news articles from some RSS feeds along with an ai generated summary the original article link and the ai summary are then posted to the community by my bot.

        Hey, we do tolerate open and free discussion, certainly more than places like db0 do. You are allowed to have an opinion here and others are allowed to contradict you. As @[email protected] said, if it’s not breaking our TOS then it’s fine.

        You and your community are welcome here, assuming it’s not particularly spammy.
