NSFWI don’t want to be that person, but the chances of these MFs being blackout drunk is high, and I doubt anyone consented to being recorded, and now it’s on the internet?
Fucking lame man.
no normal people are getting their dick sucked in public casually
How does that have anything to do with consent
Being drunk doesn’t give them special rights. Commiting a crime also automatically implies consent to being filmed. And I doubt anybody around them gave consent to being part of this.
So unless this was some kind of special function where this type of thing was expected, I would have to say that filming them is fair game.I’m okay with the thought that you’re recording this because it’s a crime (whether or not it should be a crime, that’s a discussion, especially when in ‘private’ public places). I’m not okay with the thought that it makes recording it in order to put it on the internet okay.
Committing a crime doesn’t give consent to being filmed. But I will say that while I disagree with you on that, I’m willing to give in and say, even if that were the case, they still didn’t consent to having it posted on the internet.
And for clarification, when I say drunk, I mean blackout drunk. So drunk you don’t even know wtf you’re doing, and you won’t remember the next day.
I fully agree that people don’t deserve to have every moment of their public lives put online or saved for eternity. I think it is especially grotesque when unfortunate or awful things happen to people and it’s captured and put out there for other people’s amusement.
However, unless you have been drugged without your knowledge or have some weirdo medical condition, you have to choose to get drunk. Alcohol is an acquired taste and very noticeable. It’s a literal poison that you poison yourself with. I have sympathy for people who are addicted and their families, but I have no sympathy for people who are drunk. There is no human right to get drunk. They made a choice to get drunk, they made a choice to do it in a public place. They chose not to put together enough safeguards to make sure that his dick didn’t make an appearance and that she didn’t accidentally fall face first onto it. There are a lot of situations in which people deserve their privacy even when something happens in public, but getting your dick out in public, sexual acts, and exposing other unconsenting people to your kinks, is not one of them. And poisoning yourself beforehand changes nothing.
Maybe I am wrong and this is some kind of kink or swingers club full of consenting adults. If so, then the person filming deserves to go straight to their own personal hell, but I don’t think it is.I agree with the bulk of what you’re saying here.
But I don’t think that this was intentional in the way that you’re making it out to be. I once had a friend piss in our other friends hamper, thinking it was the bathroom. When we confronted him about it, he asked us how we unlocked the door to the bathroom. We out him back to bed. When we brought it up the next day he didn’t remember any of it, and was fucking mortified.
Having been blackout drunk myself and not remembering doing things I’ve been told I did, I get it.
I think that’s what happened here. I think homegirl thought she was somewhere private or something. I’m not so sure she was drugged, but maybe she was.
I also don’t think it’s a swinger party. It looks like a few people were shocked by what they were seeing.
People do need to take responsibility for doing dumb shit when they’re drunk, but like… We’re all human, and this is so over the line, I can’t see any normal person just doing this because they had a few drinks and are a little drunk, and they’re like “ah what the hell, im gonna blow him right now!”
I grew up with multiple alcoholics in my family, so I have heard all the excuses and watched people who knew exactly what could, and in many cases definitely would happen, chose “just having a little fun” over literally other peoples lives. I had an uncle, that not only lost his license for life, but went to prison (not jail but real prison) more than once for DWI and driving without a license. He died in exactly the fiery car crash he deserved, and thankfully only took his passenger with him and not the family in the station wagon that he hit.
I myself have gotten pretty fucked up at times, but I also make sure it’s never going the be other people’s problem. Or if it is going to be someone else’s problem, that they are consenting and know what they signed up for. On the other hand, when going out with a group, I always offer to be the sober one, and I still manage to have a great time.
I get where you are coming from, but I also know that people who can’t handle their alcohol know exactly who they are. Getting as fucked up as the people in the video, required effort and forethought.
I need more friends that post this stuff to snapchat.
I can delete it if you think it isn’t ok?
