The internet has absolutely done a number on critical thinking and its no wonder react are reactionary. I bet if there was a reading of mein Kampf done by someone and it ghost video not revealing the source, they’d be like “yo but he’s spitting some knowledge here” I would stake my life on that.
Oh no question. I would say your life would be as safe as could be if you were staking it on that. And its a sad truth. People listen to all the shit Kanye says about Jews controlling the world and they’re like, “wow, Kanye might be a bit messed up in the head, but he’s speaking the truth there”. Like, no, just fucking stop. People will twist themselves into pretzels to justify fash/Nazi ideology, but then you hit them with a well thought out explanation of why capitalism has fucked things up for everyone and then you’re the crazy one. I know too many POC in my own life that think like this and shit legit makes me a doomer.
Where do I begin with this one. Even the justification for the holocaust spreading on youtube. I’ve seen people talk about Jewish people controlling the prices at that time and goughing them is the reason the Germans retaliated. I’m like jfc is this really what time some people on? Mind you these are otherwise normal folks. Guess where they got that info from…
