I find anything remotely pro women has always got shitty comments from the manosphere. We recently had a spate of shitty male comments on [email protected]
Thanks for this response. I feel less alone. It’s pretty frustrating to see these manosphere mobs claiming victim status and accusing people of misandry when women speak frankly about their lived experiences. I was hoping that lemmy would be a better space for this kind of thing.
You’re on lemmy.world, they’re the default landing zone but imo there is better moderation on dbzer0 and others. Keep looking around and report stuff you see if it’s hate content. Good luck…
I know, it’s disappointing. The nice thing is how fantastically supportive so many men have been, I’ve had a few DMs and really nice comments from them. It’s just the bad are so awful
