That smells like oil lobby horseshit. It’s probably a real, but extremely minor phenomenon that we’re going to have to hear about for fucking ever.
Wouldn’t it be mitigated by staggering their positions?
Other things that steal wind include buildings and mountains. In service of big wind we must level our terrain and cities.
Sounds like storm mitigation to me! 😄
