To be fair, I’m surprised as a parent how cheap most kids toys are. They are a similar price to when I was a child. Obviously, that’s due to cheap labour and globalisation, but I don’t think it’s going to kill Christmas. I’d be much more worried about human rights than inflation.
Increased prices is inflation. So, yes, I expect them to rise, probably by quite a bit, but I don’t think hyperbole about killing Christmas is helpful.

Tariffs are going to increase prices far faster than inflation.
