Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that many users find c/fakenews to be misleading and unfunny. As such, we have renamed fakenews to “Obvious Falsehoods, Ridiculous Claims, Fibs, Lies, Goofs, Gaffes, Gambits and Whatnot”. While this does not solve the issue of posts being misleading, it does at least ensure the comm name is just as unfunny as the average post. Now users can post in peace about Danny Devito partying with twinks or Jake Paul doing some random shit, knowing that the comedic jab of the post will be followed up by the title’s wordy, humourless left hook.
