    Reality: A brave, unknown protestor blocks a column of tanks leaving Tiananmen Square after the massacre. Video footage appears to show hin eventually being removed by two folks in blue. There are conflicting stories about what happened to him afterwards, some think he was removed by government agents, others by concerned bystanders.

      And a lot of civilians were killed during that protest. This image and all information regarding this event is banned in China. But they’ll tell you that it’s all fake.

        and those who remember will tell you they shouldn’t have killed those soldiers and got what they deserved.

        edit: let me be clear, I’m not taking this position, I’ve met people for whom it’s not fake history but a justified response to a counter revolutionary action.

          Let me chime in with a middle ground: rolling the army into a metropolis and. Indiscriminately firing on apartment buildings because someone threw something out of them will get your soldiers killed.

      I don’t get it? I mean have you seen the full video? This guy hops on the tank, yells at some of the soldiers and eventually gets shooed away by some bystanders.
