Pistachio butter is a PITA to find. I had been looking for it every time I was in the aisle with all the nut butters since I first saw the movie Gamer and the kid who controls Gerard Butler mentioned wanting it. I finally found some and it’s everything I hoped it would be.
I found a jar of pistachio butter for $5 at a farmers market when I was out of town on vacation. I was saving it for when I got home, but TSA confiscated. I’ve yet to try any.
