This helps dissolve the carbonation so there’s less gas pressure in the can. Another tactic is to chill the can.

That said, the loudest part is the seal or whatever getting cracked open

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
