    Update to add squats. I don’t feel great today, but I went through the motions. No gas in the tank for going above the prescribed 5 reps on the last set, so I did 5x300 lbs. Then I did only about half of the accessory work I planned to do.

    Not all sessions can be winners. I’ll rest up and do better next week.
