In 2019, picketers able to prevent scabs from entering for a while, until company called in police. “We barely can make it but they got generational wealth. They got enough money for their kids’ kids’ kids to have money, but I’m struggling to just get my kid to college.” After 2019 strike, workers spent months fixing quality control issues. “We were fixing parts over six months because they f***ed up everything they touched.”
“I refuse to do my job, but you also aren’t allowed to do my job.”
That is known as wanting to “have your cake and eat it too”. Most people learned this fact before they hit middle school, but apparently these guys missed that day.
Wanting to be paid a fair wage is not wanting “to have your cake and eat it too”. These companies can afford to pay their workers fairly and choose not to.
Ok, that is their choice. Don’t like it? Don’t work there and don’t buy their product.
Alright guys when the line in the sand is drawn, push this person over to the billionaire side and we’ll see if they push them back or not.
You are either an idiot or were born with a silver spoon. Or both.
For safety reasons the scabs likely shouldn’t be allowed to touch automotive components.
The safety and quality of both the work and the product are severely diminished when completed by scabs during a strike.
And it’s also a very basic principle of work, middle school level even, that certain jobs require training before putting people to work.
Safety and quality? Have you never driven an American car?
Pathetic. I hope that boot at least tastes good.
I guess you don’t understand what a scab is
