    #2 in pop but #6 in house building. Me thinks they aren’t building enough, unless a few states are way over building.

      You haven’t seen how many they already have. Sprawling suburbias full of houses chosen from a catalog with minor alterations. Who wants a used house when you can build a new “custom” deciding between a three car garage or 2 and a sunroom? (They literally call them “customs”) If anything they are still building too many. And they are way too big, with gaudy interiors. Epitomy of american glutonous consumption
