Red states aren’t capable of feeding their own population without cash from the blue states. A split would immediately result in a world power and a theocratic third world country which would make African countries organize a “we are the world” to help and feed the hungry there.
Red states sole economy is usually only Tourism, and soybeans/alfalfa and maybe milk/chicken, and this heavily relies on Immigrant labor 100%, and its prone and susceptible to disruption.
