I care about them in that order. So if it doesn’t have popup camera I don’t care as much as if it doesn’t have audio jack.

I remember some older OnePlus phones did it. I know Asus also did it as well.
The OnePlus 7 Pro, I quite liked that about the phone. Still have it in use as a backup.
