I can’t help with supplies but here’s some ideas on top of the anti inflammatory stuff:

eliminate sugar as much as possible, it’s a wild inflammatory agent.

fish oil supplements
-
vitamin C
-
lanolin or emu oil cream on your skin
-
ice cold baths once a day as long as you can manage

I keep coming to the edge of regret but tbh nah, that day is one of the few moments this year i have any pride about what ive done. If this is the cost of standing with a good cause FINE
But i really need some relief
