Neat. Is there a decomp of Goldeneye and Perfect Dark by chance?

Surprisingly, it looks like the decomp project for Perfect Dark is complete but not the one for GoldenEye (according to the status page it’s 75.7% complete). No idea why, but I can say that matching decompilation is a laborious process, and the team of core contributors for any hobby project like this tends to be fairly small. A single person burning out or just moving on to other projects could be make or break for getting it across the finish line.
