Imagine writing a piece like this and not understanding that the quality of life of the average person is the single most important metric. I could be wrong. Maybe the single most important metric is the quality of life of the poorer people, but maybe both of those two go together as being what we should really care about.

They can have all the money they like I still wouldn’t consider moving or even travelling to the USA and strangely enough quality of life is a different matter entirely. If they would keep the F out of other countries business it would be just great.
