Cardiac arrest for what, hotdogs? Lunch meat? This is fine. Hell, you’re eating cabbage that’s primed for helping guy health. If anything this sandwich is probiotic and healthy in some jurisdictions. Enjoy the sandwich. It’s okay for your heart.
