It’s just marketing to trick our monkey brains into thinking it will be good because it has the association with something good. Fuck nostalgia.

Glen Powell will be an interesting one to keep an eye on in this. I saw a few interviews from the Running Man press cycle where he talked about how much he loved b movies and genre flicks, so it’ll be interesting to see how much of his growing star weight he throws behind it and how into it he gets.
