Made dinner for my fiancé last night. Sous vide strip steak, roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic reduction, sautéed mushrooms, and baked potato. Really happy with how it all turned out!

    Awesome work! I did sous vide filet mignon with mushrooms as well, wish I had taken a pic. My wife made a parmesan risotto to go with it.

    Those Brussel sprouts are what I try and go for each time, if you don’t mind me asking, did you use the BBQ for everything or did you roast those in the oven?

    Eyyy, just saw your other thread on this post and the details of your sprouts, pretty much identical to mine but the balsamic vinaigrette will be a must try next time!
