Don’t forget to force them to do sports, martial arts, Scouting, etc., against their will. Being around their most athletic peers will fix the gay thoughts for sure.

Okay that didn’t work, so now we give the boys Barbie dolls and the girls G.I. Joe action figures?
Mine just wanted to play with unicorns, so I let him play with unicorns.
They were dolls (and Barbies were action figures) with the only difference being you can’t dress GI Joes. Except some of them you could, IIRC.
My brother was into GI Joe. The only ones I liked were the ninjas, and the cobra guy (I think he was the bad guy leader). He was into He-Man as well, and that was a lot cooler. I can’t remember why I never got into it, myself. I liked ThunderCats more. Now, the straights tend to claim ThunderCats because of the tension between Lion-O and Cheetara, but honestly, he had just as much tension with Tygra. (And, as a straight ally, I’d even say Lion-O/Tygra would be the better ship. Sometimes the guys just have more to them, especially back then, the women were more one-dimensional, not much to them.)
