first of all, many veterans are now locked out of healthevet since the new login was implemented. there are thousands of us whose identities the system cannot verify, for one reason or another

VA is the largest healthcare provider in the country, that comes with occasional shit but also means it’s easy to switch up care.
As “last resorts” you can get a congressional rep’s office involved which speeds things up, or possibly just go to a civvie doctor and the VA will pay for it.
