Looks good. I’m in the same boat. I can make a pan pizza, my favorite, for under $5. Why would I pay $20 for a mid-ass pizza?

Pan pizza is the best. I like to stuff a bit of shredded cheddar between the dough and the walls of my pan before baking. It makes a cheese crisp on the crust, and that alone puts it ahead of anything I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant

My bread machine has a dough option and the supplied recipe book has pizza dough in it. Pizza is definitely a flat bread someone spilled stuff on.
I am not having perfect results cooking it in the airfryer, though, bottom of crust is getting burned.
    Am I banned yet?

It also has a jam and cake setting and there is a recipe for yogurt. I was so confused at first.

Mine are never round. I haven’t made pizza in a while, it might be time.

Oh, you done focacciad up now!

If you’re gonna do it, at least put it on a bagel, like any other cultured human.
