Like one side here has prepared and planned extensively to fight this war, with great awareness of what the opponent can do and built a strategy to work with in the constraints of what they can do to best exploit the vulnerabilities of their opponent. The other side just did a line of coke and smashed their forehead in to a big red button that says “fuck this shit up”.
I absolutely think that we (US) will be fucking decimated in this war and it will further hasten the collapse, maybe even see our soil be invaded as a result
Naive to a laughable degree. The US is effectively an island nation with weak, unaggressive neighbors and has what’s generally considered the strongest navy in the world.
Even if it turns out it’s the second strongest the first would then be China and they’re not declaring war on much less invading anyone with as many nukes as America has.

I think China had much more to gain by completely crashing the US economy and becoming the world Electronics design hub as well as manufacturing. They don’t need more land and definitely wouldn’t want to deal with US citizens as far as administration goes.
We won’t. Everyone says that every time we go to war in the ME, and we always waffle stomp them. ME armies are vastly overrated and no one outside of Israel has logistics worth a damn. The real problem is after the Iranian military is defeated, what do we do then? No real goals and competent exist strategy means we’re creating a new Isis or Taliban with the power vacuum.
