This is a massive professional ethics violation. I know everything on the internet is fake, but this fictional therapist is terrible at their job
Tbf most fictional therapists are. If you have an imaginary therapist, please see a real one.
My AI therapist is real, God damn it.
It’s teaching me how to tie a perfect knot for a noose.
👀
I would also see this as a free followup. it’s a casual way of potentially reaffirming previous sessions.
'remember client, we should think critically before just purchasing. is the item really needed? determine if it’s a need or a want. you are in control and not your compusive instincts. ’
but yes, still sketch to send that stuff via text
I’ve used therapist in the past, and honestly… they all sucked because theya re so rigid and corporate. I wanted someone whom I could trust, not to feel like I’m speaking to a Walmart CEO… I’d much prefer the occasional text from them to reaffirm, or ya know… treat me like they care on a personal level much like the text did. it would make me smile, and reaffirm their goal of getting me to think before buying.
Therapists don’t send their clients memes because it blurs the line between client and friend. Therapists aren’t supposed to be friends with their clients.
That’s a bas therapist lmao
