While it’s funny it’s being recalled for doing what it actually advertises, if it contains any negligible amount of a drug whatsoever it has to be labeled. Not doing so is dangerous and irresponsible.

“In its recall letter, the company further stated if any of its products are flagged by the FDA for containing hidden ingredients, they’re immediately removed from its catalog.” So “if they catch us we’ll take it down, but in the meantime good luck!”

The fantastic state of “supplements” in the US.

They successfully lobbied against being regulated as food or drugs. So anything goes in terms of label accuracy (e.g., cake batter flavored protein shake that was just drum roll, cake batter!) and they can claim, with zero proof whatsoever, whatever they want in terms of efficacy.

Just get caught, recall, and move on to the next scam. Beautiful freedom in action.

Look out for other products like Cocaine Cowboy flavored beef jerky, Grabby Henry’s Bourbon and Lucy’s Silly Drops… And remember our motto “we always recall what the FDA catches”

God forbid people know what they’re consuming in case it interferes with other things like their daily meds!

God forbid a person gets a boner lasting over four hours and has to visit the emergency room.
