How about making all the streaming awailable without any geological restiction. Those are just stupid circlejerk boundaries. That would help to a degree battling against piracy. Customer pays for service and service provider serves with all of the contents. It would be just the same as when we order things from abroad.

Of course there would still be VPN and real piracy like torrenting, but it would be less lucrative for those who are now geolocked out from wanted content on paid and legitimate service.
