I have the opposite problem I have 347 news articles in my backlog.

Daily. That’s what newspapers are made for.
I look through the headlines of a couple of national newspapers (online) twice a day. One in the morning, and one in the evening.
Issues for me are that I trust none of it and it’s depressing AF. So I do daily in small amounts
