Ehhh there is still the downside of the diddling. For example this guy:

      A taste from his wiki:

…in Mes amours décomposés (1983–1984), he had enthusiastically written that he has recourse to prostitution in Asia: “How restful prostitution is! Kids who sleep with me without loving me, that is, without attempting to eat up my energy and my time, what a sinecure! Yes, back to Asia as soon as possible!” In her 2014 book about pedophilia from the 19th to the 21st century, Anne-Claude Ambroise-Rendu pointed out that remarks like these did not seem to bother anyone.

You know that one turn in a game of Civilization, the one where you’re bored, and things aren’t going right, and you’re just about to quit?

But then you start antagonizing another civ because you got a bunch of nukes and you just want to see what happens when you use them…

Well, that’s now US foreign policy.

He’s at Walter Reed, and things aren’t going that well. You’re probably not far off in what the doctors are looking at right now.

It’s the beginning of the month. He disappears at the beginning of the month for a few days then shows back up with a bunch of IV bruising pretty much every month. This has been a pattern for a long time now.

Unrelated, but there’s a dementia drug that is administered via monthly IV infusions.

It’s great that the most undeserving person imaginable gets access to around-the-clock top-of-the-line medical care and experimental superdrugs, while simultaneously pushing to take away basic medical care from tens of millions of the citizens he’s sworn to care for.
