        I just read it for the first time and the things that really stood out to me were the parts about Israel

        During these times, there will be an evil ruler in Israel who will wage war and cause cities to become desolate

        And

        The Antichrist will form an alliance with the ruler of Israel and will desire to occupy the coastal area. Where the author specifically calls out Gaza.

        This was last updated June of 2020, well before the October 7th attacks that led to the (ongoing) genocide

          It’s unsettling that it’s from 2019.

          The Antichrist will be someone known for making a lot of public threats against people.

          That happened a lot on his first term, but anybody in 2025 would say “heh! you saw noting yet!” But then, anybody from February 2026 would say the same to the 2025 people… But in April 2026, that phrase has a completely different meaning.

          “Then he will distribute among his followers the plunder and wealth of the rich”

          Yeah, remember when Trump was leaking insider information on Trump Social?

          “He will greatly honor those who acknowledge him. He will make them rulers over many people and will sell them land at a price.”

          Have you looked at Argentina or Venezuela recently?

          “But reports will trouble him from the east and north, and he will set out in a tremendous rage to destroy and wipe out many.”

          That one is followed by a bunch of press-cuts that I don’t even remember what they are about… instead of, you know, Iran and Greenland.

          “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil!”

          That’s another that the text around today would be completely different.

          “Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.”

          And that changed in meaning completely in 2025.

          “And he will exalt himself above all… so that he sets himself up in God’s own temple in Israel, proclaiming himself to be God.”

          And, of course, he is threatening killing the Pope right now. And posting memes about him being Jesus.

    I’m only 50/50 sure this is meme. I could be completely wrong. And that’s sad. Not the idea of this being real, (although that’s sad for a whole list of reasons if true), but because it COULD be true.

    As a teenager/young adult I DESPISRD george w bush. As bad as he was, as stupid as he was, if you showed me this meme in 2004, and it was coming from bush, I’d KNOW it was a meme. And a pretty bad one at that. Actually twitter didn’t exist back then, nor did the word “meme”, but you get my point. It’s too far gone to be bush. Bush actually (mostly) coherant sentences. It never felt like bush went off the deep end.

    So now we live in the sad reality that THIS collection of words is easily judged as insanity manifested, but it’s not easily cast aside as something the guy who controls the nukes wouldn’t say. That’s who’s in charge right now.

    And it’s sad.

    Sad that he said this, and it’s 100% real. Go check his truth social posts. It’s still up.
